By accessing or using Avatalk's AI lip-sync video generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Avatalk provides a professional, cloud-based audio-driven AI lip-sync avatar video generation service. The Avatalk platform is built upon LongCat-Video-Avatar, an open-source model released under the MIT License by the Meituan LongCat Team. Avatalk is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Meituan or the LongCat Team.

The Avatalk service is designed specifically for long-duration video generation, delivering super-realistic lip synchronization, natural human dynamics, and long-term identity consistency. It supports multi-person interactions, up to 1080p video synthesis, and theoretically infinite-length video sequences.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Avatalk may be used only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, generate harmful or illegal content, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the platform. Comply with applicable laws and platform policies when submitting prompts, reference images, or audio files.

Avatalk operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate videos and must be purchased through our payment system, processed securely by Stripe. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Avatalk credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.

You retain rights to the prompts, reference images, audio files, and videos you upload to Avatalk. You grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Avatalk service (including abuse detection and quality improvements). Generated videos belong to you; Avatalk does not use them for external marketing without your explicit permission.

You may not use Avatalk to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Avatalk platform or its underlying models. Commercial use of generated videos may be subject to additional terms depending on your chosen plan.

You must not use Avatalk to create, share, or promote pornographic material, sexually explicit content, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) applications or chatbots. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to Avatalk.

Avatalk is an AI-powered service and may not always produce perfect results. Generated videos may contain artifacts, inconsistencies, or unexpected elements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of Avatalk-generated videos for any particular purpose. As with all AI-generated content, users are responsible for reviewing outputs before use in production or public-facing contexts.

The Avatalk service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Avatalk, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Avatalk service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Avatalk regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements.
